1. Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing an order, and we no longer support the cancellation service after 24 hours.

2. After you successfully sign for the parcel, please check the quality of the purse immediately, if there is a quality problem, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will take care of it for you.

3. Since the Haute Handmade Clutch Purses are custom-made, once you have confirmed receipt and there is no quality issue, we do not offer a return service after 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding and support!

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

We support refund/ exchange service within 14 days.
