All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Order Tracking

Order Tracking is available online.  Enter your order number from your email and find out when your order is expected to arrive.

 

International Shipping Policy

International orders are welcome. Shipping costs to your country will be automatically calculated once your address has been keyed in, upon checkout. If your country is selected but there is no option for “International Shipping”, please email us at info@luxy-moon.com, and we will add your country to our International Shipping list as soon as possible.

Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter. Any import duties taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
